Is there a minimum time contract/commitment?
Our minimum plan is 3 months. You can pay for 3, 6, 12, or 24 months in advance. You can also cancel at any time. There are no payment agreements other than your first quarterly payment
How soon will my account be set up and ready for use?
All payments must be completed before a hosting account is set up, or before a domain name can be registered. Upon clicking the order button on the order page you will be shown all of our payment options. We will manually send you a confirmation of your order with a price breakdown and payment instructions. We do not automate anything and all accounts are set up by a real person because we feel it is important to understand our customers needs. A member of our dedicated team are only a phone call away should you need any technical help regarding sever setup or if you wish to make changes to your account.
Your site will be uploaded to our servers before your domain name will be accessible. It takes up to 24 hours for the domain name server (DNS) update to occur. As an ISP, we have no control over DNS record modification. This goes for all domain registrars.
Dedicated Accounts and Specialized Services:
The time it takes to setup depends on your requirements and current stock levels. A dedicated server will mean that you will not run into any sever related speed issues due to high load as only your site is hosted on your own private server.

Can you register a domain name for me? Can you set up domains other than .com, .org, and .net?

We perform a full backup of every server eqch nite so in the event of a total server loss we can simply upload your data to a new server and have you back online quickly.
Do you have optional services for our servers?

How do I get my email when using Cpanel?
All pop3 and web based email is handled through your Cpanel admin and can be easily configured from there.
I uploaded my files, but I don't see my page?
If our default "Welcome To Budget Hosting", index page, has not been replaced by another index page, then anyone going to domainname.com will still see that page instead of some other home page. This is the order in which the web server looks for a page to put up as the "home" page: Just delete the index.html file and anything after it in this list will then come up automatically.
Account and Billing Questions
Can I upgrade my plan or features later?
You can add-on features, or upgrade to a new plan. There is no fee for upgrading.
What happens if I go over the limits for my account?
If you exceed any of the limits for your account the overage amount will be automatically invoiced to cover the extra services used, you will not be cut off. You will also receive a warning email if you are getting close to your limits.
How do I cancel my Account?
You can cancel your account at any time by sending email to accounts@budgethostinn.biz There are no cancellation fees, and no notice is required. Any fees paid to that point are non-refundable, unless cancellation is made within 14 days of opening the account.
What about billing and over due policies?
Accounts will be given a grace period of 7 days, if payment is not received within the grace period your account will be put on hold status and not be viewable online until the outstanding balance is paid.
